Dr. Baker is
a level two doctor on the Approved Doctor List
for Texas Workers Compensation, and has been licensed in Texas since 1989,
treating many people since then.
We also offer
care for those injured in motor vehicle accidents and accept Letters
of Protection from your
attorney.
Our hours are
9 am until 1 pm and 3 pm until 6 pm
Monday through Wednesday and on Friday.
On Thursday, we closed at 5 pm.
